Live video transport, re-architected

Faster feeds.
Leaner infrastructure.
A fraction of the bill.

Connect+ moves live video at the kernel layer — lower latency, more streams per server, and a structurally lower bill. One feed in, everywhere out, nothing dropped.

CONNECT+
Ingest every flow once. Fan out everywhere. Watch it all live.
Supports all industry-standard ingest protocols.
In plain English

Live video has to travel — Connect+ is how it gets there.

Every live event starts as one feed that has to reach many places at once — platforms, partners, backups. Connect+ handles that fan-out for you.

01

You send us your feed once

Point your existing encoder or production system at Connect+. No new hardware, no proprietary boxes.

02

We help you carry it without dropping it

Redundant paths and configurable failover — like bonded ingest and continuous health monitoring — so a bad day on one link doesn't have to mean a bad day for your stream.

03

It arrives everywhere, and you can watch it happen

Up to 50 destinations per feed, each visible in a live dashboard the moment it connects.

Live visibility

Stop guessing. Start seeing.

Every flow gets a live health timeline and a per-destination view, so "where's the problem?" takes seconds — not hours of staring at generic cloud dashboards.

  • Per-second health timeline — bitrate, loss, jitter, round-trip
  • Per-destination view — see whose side an issue is on
  • Broadcast-grade monitoring built to the error spec broadcasters trust
  • Alerts where you work — webhooks, email, your cloud alarms
  • Plugs into your dashboards — the tools your team already runs
The cost story

Lowering your costs doesn't just happen.
It's by design.

Legacy transport pushes every stream through layers of heavy compute and bills you for all of it — egress surprises included. Connect+ skips those layers entirely.

A fraction of the cost

More streams per server, because the heavy lifting happens inside the kernel. Less compute means a permanently lower price — and less energy burned.

No single point of failure

Redundancy is built into the path your video takes — a single server, zone, or mistake isn't designed to take a feed down. Failover is fast, backed by a 99.999% SLA.

See everything, live

Real-time health for every feed and destination, second by second. When a partner says "your feed looks bad," you'll have the data to show exactly where it's happening.

For engineers

The part your infrastructure team will want to read.

Connect+ is a Go userspace agent with an optional AF_XDP fast path. One binary, portable across clouds, with a kernel-bypass mode you turn on per flow when CPU cost matters.

Data planeKernel-bypass fast path, per flow

Pure Go with libsrt and librist for the default path. On Linux with an XDP-capable NIC, opt-in bypass mode moves SRT and RTP passthrough onto AF_XDP with eBPF socket steering — roughly 10× the CPU efficiency for high-fanout workloads. Set it per flow; the standard path stays the default so multi-protocol egress, monitoring and analytics still work.

ReliabilityBroadcast-grade ingest failover

BondedListener MERGE mode reconstructs a single output from two SRT ingest paths — hitless failover, no dropped packets on primary loss. TR 101 290 stream health alarms route to AWS CloudWatch, GCP Cloud Monitoring or OCI Monitoring, so the alerts land where your on-call already lives.

DeploymentPortable Kubernetes, no cloud lock-in

Runs anywhere Go and libsrt run. EKS validated, official Helm chart published. GKE, AKS or bare-metal Kubernetes are the same binary and the same chart. Cloud-specific integrations — CloudWatch, GCP Monitoring, OCI Monitoring, EKS add-on — are optional add-ons, never build dependencies.

Control surfaceMediaConnect-compatible API

AWS MediaConnect-compatible REST API with published OpenAPI spec. Migrate off AWS with the same SDK calls your team already writes. GraphQL surface for statistics and flow topology. Encrypted flows (SPEKE, static passphrase, or AES), scoped API tokens, CIDR allow-lists.

Open protocols in and out — your existing encoders just work:

Who it's for

Built for teams who go live for a living.

Sports & live-events platforms

Where every dropped frame is a refund request: fast failover, per-flow visibility, and pricing that doesn't punish scale.

Broadcasters & cloud playout

Cloud-native workflows on the open protocols your chain already speaks. No lock-in, no forklift migration.

High-volume aggregators

Hundreds of concurrent low-bitrate feeds, where per-flow economics decide whether the business model works.

Developer-led media startups

Clean APIs and a fast path from first request to a live flow.

Your feed deserves better economics.
